Frankie is a freelance makeup artist based in Los Angeles, with an extensive background in visual arts. As a native of various diverse neighborhoods throughout LA, the different environments constantly exposed her to a plethora of art forms and cultures. She further enhanced and explored her appreciation for art by attending the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. After graduating, she focused primarily on the medium of face & body painting, and has been doing freelance work in the industry since 2011.

In 2015, she acquired her make-up artistry certification under the guidance of well-renowned makeup artist, Lipstick Nick. From then on, she has gone to assist other seasoned artists on set, as well as freelance for weddings and special event clients. After six years in the corporate world, she pursued makeup full time in 2017 working at Frends Beauty Supply where she receive extensive training from a multitude of professional brands. Soon after, she spent the next year and a half as the makeup/administrative assistant for Scott Barnes, Jennifer Lopez’s makeup artist and the creator of Body Bling. Frankie is now a full-time freelancing makeup artist.
Frankie is known for her seamless blending and precise application, as well as the ability to use her natural aesthetic instincts to adapt her style to each job's unique make-up needs.

* Makeup and Hair $365 (includes lashes)
* Makeup OR Hair only $195
* Please have no makeup on and hair washed/dried the night before
* At SF Studio or artist’s SF location. On location or within 20 miles of SF will incur an additional $85 travel fee. Parking fees if any, are additional.

(Please note: Engagement makeup & hair sessions should not be used as your wedding trial unless you want your engagement and wedding photos to have the exact same makeup and hair styling. The majority of brides want a more casual style for their engagement photos.

BRIDAL INVESTMENT (WEEKENDS)

Please note: For large bridal parties competent assistants may be hired. Bookings are on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Wedding dates are not reserved until a 50% deposit and signed contract are received. Reserving your wedding date early is recommended since Maria Lee Make-up & Hair gets booked quickly. Please contact Maria for availability. Cash, PayPal, and all credit cards are accepted. Any gratuity is preferred in cash.
